Product Description

Ocular hypertension and glaucoma, increased eye pressure are treated with Pilocar Eye Drop (5 ml), an ophthalmic drug. Its active component is Pilocarpine, a cholinergic agonist type medication. Reducing intraocular pressure, this medication prevents optic nerve injury and visual loss.

Precautions

If you have a history of retinal detachment, uveitis, or other eye disorders, see your doctor before taking Pilocar Eye Drop.Tell your doctor about any allergies or current drugs.Using the eye drops could momentarily distort your eyesight, so avoid driving, using machinery or any other activity which requires eye focus.To prevent contamination, do not contact the dropper tip.Keep the medication away from sunlight, out of children's reach, and at room temperature.

Side Effects

Pilocar Eye Drops can cause some typical side effects such: Temporary eye redness or discomfort.Vision that is blurred or lower.Pain in the brow or headache.More eye discharge or tears.Seek medical assistance right away if you have significant adverse effects such as ongoing eye discomfort, edema, or vision problems.

How to use

Before using the drops, wash your hands well.To make a little pocket, tilt your head back and softly pull down the lower eyelid.As directed by your physician, place one drop of Pilocar Eye Drop into the impacted eye(s).To stop the medication from running into the tear duct, close your eyes for 1–2 minutes and softly push on the inner corner of your eye.Replace the cap firmly; do not rinse the dropper post-use.Stick to the recommended dose; don't go above it without first speaking with your physician.
